Yes you may. Titan is the best clan in my opinion because it is the only clan with 5 good powers, unlike SOIA who misselected their powers in alot of people's opinions. We also have the most knowledgeable players in the game. Every clan has an armory and a supply area but we are the only clan who has the 5 best powers in the game, and that is very important.

i will say this, SoIA did not miss select their fifth power. they saw that if they chose the same power as us, they would just be a copy cat clan(not that they are) so instead of doing so they chose a different power to better benefit them.

dont miss judge other clans as that will lead to your downfall remember that.

And, answering the original question/the point of this thread, yes, Haldirius, you can most definitely join. Just send in a petition and it'll be accepted.
