Clan Titan

howdy guys, ive been away from DC for about 4 years, just started up again a few days ago and i petitioned to join Titan, which i was in when i played years ago. is there anything around that increases quests like how mandrake roots did back in the day? also, did they make monsters harder? i know my gear sucks pretty bad but i remember being able to tear up the forest at lvl 10. thnx for any help.

nothing to increase quests unfortunetally as for gear you can request it from the clan armory
