Tokyopop's Bad Contract

The language in the new Manga Pilot Agreement is atrocious! No one in their right mind would even consider signing this POS. They pay you $20/page (which I can tell you isn't a good price), they might not have room to provide you proper credit, and you waive your rights to litigation over disputes... etc... etc.
A couple places have really ripped into this contract and the language therein. If you're interested... or have friends considering filling out the contract, I recommend they read these first:
