is it legal to kill a bot for spamming up titan? will i get presents for it or prison? ANNND! is it possibly to do an IP block curu? or is it a bunch of random IPs?
edit: I'm not talking about Carz either

... and to answer the other question-- IP bans are possible as are bans by username.

ugh... i'm not gonna lie, i think death by drowning in spam would be up there with burning to death or bleeding to death from paper cuts.
