Question about Silver Elf Bows

Do they start with disease or blast? I recently found one and shortly after identifying, I accidently sold it. Well, it had disease and blast on it, and since I wasn't around for a long while on my other accounts and I forgot their passwords, I'm starting over. I just want to know before I find another Silver Elf Bow.

P.S. Just another mini question, do Silver Elf Bows have an abbrievation like Dragon Scale Jackets and things like that?

SEB's usually come with "Blast". I had one with "Disease" on it, but it didn't really affect monsters much (SEB are for low-level characters). Unless someone's collecting them, SEB's aren't worth very much (that statement is very argumentative) unless you're just trying to survive as a low-level character (many of mine have SEB's since they're great for low-level characters).
