What forum do i request marks to advance in rank from plz im running low on marks and get some better gear

i think the Fund Request for Rank Up is only meant for ranking up...

anyways, u need to be a Titan member (as well in the forum), then post in the member thread request topic found in DC discussion. Then you will have access to the marketplace, armory, stock room, and rank up fund.
