I haven't played the game much, but I've recently found a great pike with swift on it. What does swift do and does it make an equipment rare?

I would say it'd make the GP rare, don't really know what it does though. Could anyone here take the time, say, during Christmas break to make up all the types of enchantments on a weap/armor? If you got the info, I could do the layman's work...

Whoa.....I didn't realize the "Clan Powers" applied to weaps/armor....just learned something and I'll try not to forget.
