Hello to all. I am just getting back in to playing DC. I played in 2002 and forgot about DC. But now I am back and almost level 18! If anyone would like to give me any suggestions I would be greatly appreciative. I have joined the Titan’s guild in DC. But I keep dying….

I've always called these member services: Marketplace, Clan Armory, Rankfund Forum, HoA, etc. Make sense?
Note: These may not be the member services. PLease correct me if I'm in error.

What we call "Member Services" is a catch-all phrase for services we provide exclusively to clan members (duh).
Specifically, in DC's case, this would be the Clan Armory, Stock Room, Marketplace, and Rank Advancement Fund. The Hall of Answers and DC-FAQ would not be considered "Member Services", as they are open to the public.
