Some of you older players might remember this test. I'll be using the same pictures as before so DON'T CHEAT.

The Asaura is fake. Its stats simply doesn't add up.

For instance, let's start with the question of "how many times the weapon has been enchanted?"

With the Asaura, first we remove the 5% Glows skill bonus (91.65 skills), which leaves it at 3616.35 skills after the enchants. Then we remove its base skill (1833 skills) from that number, which gives us 1783.35 skills. That means the weapon has been enchanted 1783 times.

Because this Asaura doesn't have a base attack bonus, therefore 1783 enchants should give it +178 attack, not +188 attack as shown in the screenie.

Plus, if you care to do the same calculation with the other two tiques, their numbers actually do add up, unlike this "tique" Asaura.

so yup, Asaura is the fake.

what does the enchant good and enchant strong mean is that from the old days

it would be the second kout.. Asuaras used to be polished to 20d in the armor shop.. thats why the defence is so high.

The Asaura seems to be the most likely of the three to be fake. However, the stats do add up since the effects of scrolls were different before the 2005 upgrade:

With Bless - 188a/208d/3706s
With Bless and Glows - 188a/208d/3708s
