Shangala

I'm at level 22/23 right now questing in high brasil. I can easily beat most of the monsters there thanks to killadaemon666. I tried to do a bit Shangala but one of the monsters there killed me in one shot (only got about 127 guts atm).

Questions:
When can i go to Shangala for sure ?
When can i go vortex and azteca ?
When can i go abandoned mines?

I have tried to fish a little but if im unlucky i can get blasted twice and it doesnt feel like i need anything from there except maybee silver sea slippers that i can try for later.

Let me know when you reach level 31 ill make sure you can go everywhere lol its been so long since I was at that point in the game for azfeca your gonna want around 400 to 500 guts at least I think. I meant to send you some more stuff but I got busy with r/l if you post your current gear Ill have a look see.
