Couldnt post in the armory

Hi,
I played the game a loooong time ago and have recently come back to it.
I may have missed something but I wasnt able to post in the armory thread. Do I need to be someone special to do that?

I was going to post:

Silver Jaguar Fang: +14a+27d-15s
