ok, did it a bit different:

lvl 31 --> 130 quests (no clan traits, sorry )

11/2/36/0/5 --> 7 uses

Then I trained magery with my few sparemarks, and t

11/4/36/0/5 --> 8 uses

I think Fred announced the new way when he introduced it, and as I remember it, it is a simply a flat sum of the skills divided by something. And these figures makes it look like 8..

1+(11+2+36+5)/8=7.75 =7
1+(11+4+36+5)/8=8

And your DB char:
1+(8+12+25+10+7)/8=8.75=8
So I foresee that Cheshire3 has:
1+(8+14+38+8+10)/8=10.75=10 uses
