The "SEC" Silly evil circle we will be the silly tyrants of DC giving nothing but bad advice and sending them cursed items, and of course endless supplies of Mamme jokes. We'll steal their kookies and apples and leave clear plastic on their toilet seats.

We will have really cool armbands and wear all black accented by teal, cause black and red is over done. Silly evil will spread across the land and cause DC to fear a spree of practical jokes and one liners like never before. There will be no end to our madness.

Every evil cool group needs a symbol ours will be Teal armbands, Just cool enough to not be gay but intimidate the masses. I thought about salmon but that is a bit much! Full medical, no dental, the worse the teeth the more evil looking!!! We operate in low shadows, not the dark ones cause that is over done! Whoopi cusions and any plastic poop props are required. Must like wearing black and taking joy in tormenting other with practical jokes.

It pays in dragon scales cause I have more of them than god!
