its a pretty awesome game just got publicly released and still has a few bugs but not bad all in all, i was one of the orginal beta testers so i have enough money to start a TITAN guild in-game if anyone wants to join or play leave a note here or send me a note ingame this is done by a carrier pigeon my ingame name is

yeah you can pvp but i would advise against it until you are lvl 40+ because the higher levels kinda just camp and wait for lower level players to come to their spot. but it is pvp and pve im lvl 42 and i can hold my own with lvl 50's but thats about it.
