I'm in the same college apps class I was in last year this year. I'm sorry to say that It's not a comic, but I am writing a teen devotional study. I know all of you guys aren't into that but you can vote on my cover. It's pretty cool in my opinion 8-)

I must say, Hallia, pretty ingenious cover! It's not really catchy (the word "Mything" is kind of hard to incorporate into something like a title, I would personally think), but it really captures the reader and lets them know what they'll be reading about. WOW! :eek:

mainly, I'm not a teen, and, I used to teach bible studies and my father is a minister so I don't usually like god very much. but it is a cool cover, I just wouldn't pick it up.

Neat, It's actually not a book, it's a whole devotional series. I just didn't know that about it yet

. I'm going to spend 4 weeks explaining (4 weeks meaning 4 sundays or about 4 hours plus optional small group mid week studies) the bethlehem star, the exodus, and easter. I'm going to have a book, a power point/ media shout presentation, and a Q & A thing.

anyways.. back to topic. When I first saw the cover, "religious thesis" came to my mind. And I imagined there weren't going to be pictures and just plain text. So, the cover is cool, but I wouldn't actually read it.

There's going to be pictures, if you read my last post it's actually a whole study with a presentation so it would, in reality, come in box form

That is a very nice cover

. But i would not pick up a read it. I do not like to read. The most I ever read is here in this clan. I do belive in GOD very much, So I would hope it had some stuff say that GOD is real and alilve.

Yes, it's all about proving that GOD is real. Completely about that actually, which is crazy cool becasue it is a project for a public school.

Thanks Zip, it's nice to have your opinoin! If you wouldn't mind could I run some stuff from my project by you during the year so I can get the "skeptic's" view? I think it would be cool for my study to have some of your responses. I'm not trying to convert you, but if you wouldn't mind it would add another level to my series.

Its called "Fiction," which is something that the American society (and a few others) have difficulty understanding.

Exactly what ZUka said, the keyword in that book description is FICTION. It's not true, if you would like to get into details you can pm me. That applies to anyone, and yes I have read the book so I know what I am talking about. I know some people who oppose it without backing and that bugs the crap out of me.
