..:: Blythe was smirking again. At least now the beast was starting to get something. It may not have been enough, but now, Blythe had something to work with. He was still a bit mad, but anger wouldn't help him, and the beast's insult of him not being captain almost made him chuckle. He was suppose to be in charge, and he was, wither the filthy monster liked it or not. ::..
..:: He had to remind himself of what the bea... Shumpy, had done before for him. ::..
"I am in charge, Shumpy, and you can either follow me or leave. I know what is going on, you don't. I know how to solve these problems and help our friend. I know about everything we will need. If you don't follow me on this, then you can go, but if you do, you will do as I tell you to. You will listen to my advice. I will not have any mistakes just because you go out and act on your own."
"It isn't hard to do as I tell you to, and you know that my requests are simple. Important, too. I may not care how long you take to decide, Shumpy, but if you don't soon those who are with me will have to act with me before it's too late."
..:: There was no 'too late' for someone to die, but the sooner, the better. ::..
"Are you with us or not, Shumpy?"
Sweet child in time, you'll see the line;
The line that's drawn between good and bad.
See the blind man shooting at the world.
Bullets flying; taking toll.
If you've been bad, (oh) Lord, I bet you have
And you've not been hit, oh, by flying lead
You'd better close your eyes.
O-oh, bow your head.
Wait for the ricochet.
