Hi:

I got three tonics of unskilling. Can I use this to take skills of weapons? I added flames to some of my weapons...will this take it off?

Tonics of Unskilling remove one of your Guild abilities.

How can you add a guild skill back on, then?

Its mainly for the people who wanna adjust the guilds they have because they're full or they're going pure or something.

You add it back on by going to the guild to train again...

Do you get the lost stats back when unskilling?

nope
once you bought a skill you lose the stats and can only regain those stats through normal questing. if you remove the skill you dont get the stats back but you get a slot for another skill in which if you do get you lose stats :-\
