The Guardian of the Forest in the Order of the Shining Star, Frenzie is an elven ranger. Often times alone, he wanders to the most distant reaches of the earth for purposes known only to himself.
During the Tides of Darkness, his efforts proved to be a turning point in the war, having sought out and successfully bringing the aid of Misty Mountains' metallic dragons. With them, He defeated Natzugul, the Arch Destroyer, and helped fight the last of the Imperial Army of Shangala.
His actions would later be the inspiration for the creation of the Brotherhood of Rangers.
