Apparently there was a change in the terms of service for the site. YouTube now owns whatever content you post.

“…by submitting the User Submissions to YouTube, you hereby grant YouTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the YouTube Website and YouTube’s (and its successor’s) business… in any media formats and through any media channels.”

Ugh, this is disgusting. I'd have figured Google would have stopped that from happening, I need to talk to my brother in law about this (He works for the video part of Google, which is naturally tied to the YouTube part. Yay.)
