To join the ranks of the Titan Rogues is not open to all. None of the members of this division are novices - all are highly skilled and trained in at least one expertise. Their numbers are also small and few, but when used deftly they are equal in power to any of the other sections. Their skills range from safe cracking to eavesdropping and infiltration. The Titan rogues are not actively recruited, but volunteer themselves for service when called upon. Most come in the interest, not of their clan, but for the promise of reward, furthering their skill, and of course working more closely and having the chance to enter into the upper echelons of underworld, controlled by the leader

The manner by which the Rogues of Titan both are formed and integrate into the overall military system of Titan is as unique as the members that make up the division. There exists no formal training for the rogues, unlike the other cadres of the army. There are however safe houses and training centers located throughout the various cities that are un officially under Titan control. The most notable of these is Lighthaven and Cartesia. There are rumors of an actual guild in existence controlling most of the under world's economy in these cities.

The Titan rogues are not actively recruited, rather those who are willing, make themselves known to the Archon, or a high ranking rogue. This task itself is not easy, as those who fill these positions do not advertise themselves. A display of skill, subtlety, and ambition must be shown to a satisfactory degree before they are taken in. Or, an outsider may challenge the Archon or any of the Archon's immediate personnel.

Once initiated, they are free to continue with their daily lives, and routine as they see fit. When called upon though during missions, of both peace and war time nature, they respond, and perform the tasks at hand. Working in either small groups, or alone, they prove effective and trustworthy. Those who meet failure have been known to vanish.

As Lighthaven is a port town it is a center trade, both legal and illicit, making it the ideal supply depot. Their choice of weapons as well as armor, if they choose to wear any is again unique to the individual. Tools very from person to person, but a relatively universal set is given to all upon acceptance. This allows for the breaking in and entering of various degrees of locked entrances, disarmement of traps, and other items required for the required tasks presented.

Their specialist nature leaves this section primarily non-combative in the traditional sense. Rarely if ever are they placed on a battlefield alongside the regular ranks. Their usage is often for infiltration and espionage and theft.

The ranking system for the Rogues incorporates the individual’s talents and skills, his reputation, and the length of time that he has been practicing in addition to the level of services he has provided to Titan and loyalty and dedication to previous tasks.

They report solely to the Archon, the Archon reporting the General of the Grand Armies of Titan. Once chosen for the division, the Rogues undergo rigorous training to increase their abilities, talents, and reflexes. Their use in the field is versatile, the Rogues ranked Ro-3 and higher will usually complete mission solo, and of greater difficulty and secrecy than those below. Rogues with the rank Ro-2 and below mostly work in small groups with a higher ranked rogue to supervise and coordinate.

Assassins

Assassins are known to exist within larger clans. Titan does not openly affiliate or believe in the use of assassins, but their collaborations with the Titan Rogues has not been unheard of. There exist no official assassins within the Titan military. Their presence is always denied and never spoken of. Only the highest echelons of the Titan Rogues and the General would know of their commissioning.
