Military Aspect - The Titan Army

  • Full Name: The Unified Army of Titan
  • Short Name: Titan Army

Titan is primarily a military clan, formed by a band of warriors under Menttal's guide. The Titan Army consists of the four main branches of Titan's old caste system -- Warriors, Mages, Priests, Rogues -- as well as four new organizations which attempt to bridge the gaps between the original four castes.

[ The other organizations need to be included here, so they can be linked to from this page.

There also needs to be something about the Order of Paladins, Brotherhood of Rangers, Tactics and Strategies Corps (TacStrat), and Gold Daggers and/or the Blades of Shadow ]

Civilian Aspect - The Titan High Council

The Titan High Council is the primary governing body of Titan. The Council is composed of High Councillors, each Councillor is the head of his craft. To be on the High Council, each person must fulfill this prerequisite. Important issues, developments, and the daily running of Titan is discussed and voted upon, democratically by the High Council. Each Councillor may cast one vote. These issues include trade agreements, Titan’s relations with her surrounding clans and nations, and the overall ruling of Titan controlled lands and settlements. Issues requiring a majority for them to pass through the Council, though the Chief of State may overturn the Council’s final decisions.

The Titan High Council meets on a regular basis within the Palace to discuss developments and ensure that the day-to-day administrative tasks of Titan run smoothly. During these sessions, High Council Advisors, previous High Councillors who have since relinquished their position, and also vote are free to attend and share their wisdom and input (though they may not vote). A separate body, Titan’s Sub-Council may also provide their input and opinion to the respective Councillor that they serve under, but they may not attend High Council sessions.
